About the event
Paducah Kentucky settled on the western shore of the Ohio River and became a Unesco Creative City due to the 2001 program begun by the town which they called “the Artist Relocation Program”. Within a few years, the Lowertown area was populated by artists from all over the world.
The community continues to develop and as a thriving destination arts community.
This spring, these artists bring their work to us!
